The OPUS

       Chicopee High School

The Opus has been a tradition in Chicopee High School since the early 1900s. Thousands of students have graduated from the fine institution since the school's foundation, both from the old building on Academy Street and the present building. From each graduating class, students were photographed in their shining moments, whether it be in sports, clubs, student council, or academics. Those photographs were then added to the Opus, the outstanding tradition to recognize exceptional students and preserve memories of high school. To most students, their annual yearbook is a shrine to the good times they had in high school. Today, nearly a century later, we continue the same tradition of producing an annual yearbook to pay tribute to what makes Chicopee High School so great: its students. The Opus is truly the greatest high school tradition, which is why we try to make every edition the best one yet. On that note, make sure you purchase your copy of the Opus today, and continue the tradition!
